I always find it funny when people talk like hardship is the only forge for character. Strength also comes from resting well, thinking clearly, and not turning every day into a trial by fire. The Stoics weren’t masochists; they were craftsmen of the mind. They’d remind us that ease isn’t the enemy. It just needs to be used, not clung to.
